At the request of the Oregon Brewers Guild, Senator Prozanski introduced Senate Bill 616 into the 2023 Oregon Legislative Session. The bill would increase the number of cases our members can ship/delivery directly to consumers from two to five cases per residence per month. As of 2/22/23, it has successfully passed through the Senate Committee on Labor & Business, as well as the Senate floor. It now awaits to be placed in committee within the House.

We are monitoring this bill very closely, as it relates to revenue received by the state directly from transactions involving alcoholic beverages.
