Brewery Membership

To join the Oregon Brewers Guild as a Brewery member, you must hold a Federal Brewer’s Notice, qualify for the Federal Excise Tax applicable to brewers producing no more than 2 million barrels of product a year, brew at a facility in Oregon, and own the majority interest.

Brewery membership dues include a $200/base with an additional charge of $0.15 per barrel sold in Oregon up to $10,000. (example: if your brewery sold 590 bbls in Oregon, your cost would be $200+0.15(590) or $288.50)
