Our Road to Cicerone® coursebooks cover a wide range of material from beer styles and history to brewing processes and service issues. They offer self-paced study and tastings on material covered on the Certified Cicerone syllabus.

Each book also includes an online quiz to test your knowledge as you prepare for the exam. Passing the course quiz earns you a badge on your Cicerone profile page and helps you gauge your knowledge in each subject area.

Our basic off flavor kit comes with access to support materials and a narrated webinar. Each kit contains flavor spikes for six common beer flaws: three that result from brewing and three that result from handling. These off flavors are covered on the Certified Cicerone exam.

Our malt flavor kit includes eight grains and access to an online Powerpoint lecture led by Cicerone Founder Ray Daniels. The presentation guides you through expected characteristics and flavors of different grains used in brewing.
