Oregon Garden BrewCamp unites the best in craft beer, music and camping:
The destination festival kicks off summer in Silverton Oregon, Father’s Day Weekend, June 15-17, 2018

The 14th annual Oregon Garden BrewCamp is exactly what its name implies: craft beer and camping among 80-acres of The Oregon Garden and the best way to kick off summer, Father’s Day weekend, June 15-17, in Silverton Oregon.
The three-day destination festival will feature three days of over 40 craft breweries pouring over 80 beers, cider and meads; five areas of the Garden for on-site camping for tents, trailers and RVs; home brewing, hop growing and tasting workshops; food, retail and art vendors; and much more. The festival’s longtime popular Brewer’s Dinner returns and kick starts the event Thursday, June 14 with an exclusive six-course dining and tasting experience at the Oregon Garden Resort, each course featuring a small plate paired with a unique beer from one of six chosen breweries.

“We’re so excited to introduce Oregon Garden BrewCamp to our longtime attendees and new festival goers,” says spokesperson Mary Ridderbusch-Shearer of The Oregon Garden, nonprofit host of the event. “We’re still all about great craft beer, but now with on-site camping and an amazing music lineup, we’re in festival nirvana. We’re pulling out all the stops with this year’s BrewCamp!”

More than 12 internationally known bands and acts will perform among two stages, the Meadow Stage and the Forest Stage. Music fans will enjoy an eclectic musical lineup with evening concerts taking place Friday and Saturday evenings (7 p.m.-10:15 p.m.) and Sunday (5 p.m.-7:30 p.m.) Headlining Friday is the LA-based urban, hip-hop Ozomatli along with San Francisco’s ambassadors of Gypsy Rock Diego’s Umbrella. On Saturday, Portland rockers Blitzen Trapper take the stage, along with Nashville’s melodic rockers The Delta Saints, and on Sunday, the electrifying Vintage Trouble bring their foot-stomping rhythm to the garden, with Portland’s own Dirty Revival. Several other bands and acoustic performers slated to be a part of the three-day festival can be found on the festival website, BrewCampFest.com

When it comes to craft beer, attendees will have four scenic areas of The Oregon Garden to taste and tramp through, including the Rediscovery Forest (featuring specialty beers); Garden Green; the Bosque; and the Silverton Market Garden, from Friday (2 p.m.-6 p.m.), Saturday and Sunday, (12 p.m.-6 p.m.) And for those who prefer grapes over hops, a new wine tasting area will take place in the Sensory Garden.

Along with the beer and wine, plenty of tasty food will be served in the Food Court satisfying the heartiest of appetites. Outdoor yoga, yard games, home brewing demos, garden workshops, family-friendly activities, a silent dance party, late-night campfire jams, and much more will be a part of the festival’s three day schedule.
Multi-day tickets (three-day) are the festival’s best buy, and also required for all campers. Attendees interested in camping are encouraged to purchase their three-day tickets early as some camping areas of the Garden may sell out. Very important ticket holders, aka VIP ticket holders, receive full day festival/garden access; special VIP bar lines; multiple tasting credits; food vouchers; a commemorative tasting glass and merchandise; and more. Special Brewer’s Dinner and festival lodging packages also are available at the Oregon Garden Resort, a 103-room full-service lodge overlooking The Oregon Garden.
