When 16 Tons asked HUB if they wanted to make a collaborative cider, we knew we were all in for some fun. Crew members from 16 Tons drove up north and helped HUB brew masters make Professor Plum, a Brandy barrel-aged Brett apple cider with Italian plums, wild plums, and cardamom. Plum crazy? Yes please.

In addition to the release of this plumdiddlyumptious cider, 16 Tons is hosting a Hopworks Pop Up Pub – all 18 taps will be pouring special, limited release HUB beers and ciders. HUB will also be sending a number of brewers down for the event. Come try our collaboration cider and meet some of the talented Hopworks crew from 6:00-9:00PM on Thursday, February 11th.
