As summer winds down, and fall is just around the corner.  In our minds that can only mean one thing…great beer and amazing farm to table food at our first annual Farmers Market Beer Dinner.

Join us on Friday, September 23rd  from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in our Mountain Room. We will be featuring a four-course beer paired dinner inspired by local foods from our Farmers Market vendors. This amazing event is where farmers and community meet to share in the bountiful harvest. We will be featuring local farmers harvest to create a stellar locally sourced menu!

Let’s  celebrate and partake in  summer’s vibrant bounty from farmers’ markets & local fields, by raising our glasses and forks to another amazing summer in Central Oregon.

Tickets are $70 and include four-course dinner, each course is served a 10-20 ounce beer, gratuity is included. Additional beer and wine available for purchase.

Served with house made sauerkraut, house pickles, & fall fruit chutney

Course 2

Roasted beet & Mustard Green Salad- Paired with our Native Table Beer

Lightly dressed with heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, & arugula oil

Course 3

Roasted Fish + Family Salmon – Paired with Chasin’ Freshies

Over sweet corn polenta, fennel & artichoke caponata

Course 4

Seared rack of lamb – Paired with Hopzeit Autumn IPA

With fresh vegetable succotash, rhubarb gastrique

Course 5

Gravenstine Apple Cardamom Frangipane Purse- Paired with Black Butte Whiskey

Topped with salted caramel sauce and caramelized hazelnuts

Served with vanilla bean whiskey ice cream
