11am-11pm
Seven Brides Brewing
990 N. First St.
Silverton, Ore
Cost: $5 entry, $10 tasting package (1 tasting mug & 4 tasting tickets). Additional drink tickets $1 each.
A one-day beer tasting festival designed to promote fresh hop beers, with proceeds of the event going to Operation Bra Drop. Septoberfest patrons will be able to enjoy good food, live music throughout the day, and fresh hop brews and other seasonal favorites from breweries throughout Oregon and Washington.
Operation Bra Drop was started in 2010 through Felicity Boutique in Salem, Oregon. There are many women throughout the world and even in our own community who may want the support of a good bra, but simply don’t have access to one or the means to purchase one. A good bra is an unseen need that often times gets overlooked. It is easy to take the availability of a bra for granted; a wardrobe basic for most women. If we can help other women by simply donating the bras that no longer work for us, we can help support a woman in need!
For those patrons that donate 2 bras they will receive complimentary entry to the event and 4 tasting tickets.
Friday September 26th we will have a six-course brewers dinner that will be paired with some of the Fresh Hop beer. It will start at 7pm and the cost will be $50/person.
For more information on the event, including a list of participating breweries and their beers, please visit the event on our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/events/297436477106364/ or visit our website at www.sevenbridesbrewing.com.
