Día De Los Muertos Festival De Cervezas
All Souls Day Beer Festival

Portland, OR – Día De Los Muertos Festival De Cervezas (All Souls Day Beer Festival) returns to Bazi Bierbrasserie (1522 SE 32nd Ave) and Imperial Bottleshop (3090 SE Division St) for its fourth consecutive year. The co-hosted annual event will take place at both locations on Tuesday, October 31st and Wednesday, November 1st from 4-10 PM.

Día de los Muertos celebrates the lives of the deceased with food, drink, and activities the dead enjoyed in life… and who doesn’t enjoy great beer! The Día De Los Muertos Festival De Cervezas will take place concurrently at both locations offering festival goers the opportunity to walk less than half mile between the two and experience an eclectic mix of 20+ death-themed beers and ciders. Beers named after the dead, and Mexican-influenced beers that pay homage to the country of the holiday’s origin.

While close in proximity, the two bars are far apart in their approach to beer. Bazi features Belgian-inspired beers from near and far, and Imperial focuses on local American craft beer.

The beer and cider lineup for Imperial Bottle Shop includes:
Culmination La Prima Pineapple/Pink Guava Sour Aged in Tequila Barrels
Block 15 Story of the Ghost Hauntingly Pale IIPA
Boneyard Diablo Rojo Red
Flat Tail El Guapo Blonde
and more!

The beer and cider lineup for Bazi Bierbrasserie includes Ecliptic Blood of Jupiter and others.

For $5 attendees will get a commemorative glass goblet and each 5 oz pour ticket can be purchased for $2 or 10 tickets for $15. Most beers will be either 1 or 2 tickets.

In addition, this year Bazi and Imperial Bottleshop are adding a charity component to this event. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be supporting the Hispanic Federation UNIDOS Disaster Relief and Recovery Program supporting both Mexico earthquake and Puerto Rico hurricane victims. One hundred percent of contributions to the UNIDOS Fund goes to help the immediate and long-term recovery needs of children, families and communities in distress from the devastation caused by both the earthquake in Mexico and the hurricane in Puerto Rico.
