Cheers to Belgian Beers Yeast Strain – B45 Gnome
Gnome is the yeast for brewing Belgian inspired beers in a hurry. This strain is extremely flocculent and drops out of the beer quickly after fermentation. Gnome produces a peach and apricot esters and a phenolic character that goes well with hops and caramel and toffee malt flavors. Great for Belgian ales that need to be crystal clear without filtration.
Temp: 65-75F, 18-24C
Flocculation: Med-high
Attenuation: 72-76%

The Yeast Strain is available at the following locations:
-F.H. Steinbarts
-Bader Beer and Wine Supply
-Portland U. Brew & Pub
-Mainbrew Homebrew Supply
-The Homebrew Exchange

The Yeast will be ready for sale year round.
