Yoga + Beer & Music | Labrewatory

Monday nights are Yoga + Beer nights in Portland! The last Monday of each month is our class at Labrewatory. We feel pretty special that Labrewatory opens their doors just for us one Monday each month, to enjoy their tasting room on a night when they are typically closed.

This month is special. We have brought in a musical guest to add to the excellent vibes of this tasting room. Travis Hendricks and the sound waves he produces creates a beautiful tone as we practice yoga right next to Labrewatory’s bar. After class we roll up our mats, spread out the tables and enjoy pints of their most recent (and tasty!) concoctions.

This detox + retox class, led by Yoga + Beer instructor, Jana Bedard, is an all-levels flow yoga class. After class, yogis are invited to stay to enjoy a delicious beer! Your registration includes a 75 minute yoga class and your first beverage.

A little about Travis Hendricks:

Music had a huge impact on Travis early on. In his youth, Travis spent summer watching MTV and VH1 with his younger brother. Everyday was a karaoke day! Decades later, after gaining appreciation for playing/creating music, those sound waves continue continue to roll today. His passion for music only gains momentum by listening hard to the moments life presents.

Things to know:

Cost: $20 for practice and a pint. $15 for yoga only.
Class is limited to 25 yogis, pre-registration is recommended.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.
Please bring your own mat if you can, although we always have extras to borrow.
